The hotel was perfectly clean and wonderful relaxing, had faultless views of the beach. The atmosphere created was quiet. Loved the guest room with big size bathroom, and absolutely wonderful location to Palma railway station € 20. The bed was great, and the staff were competent people on both breakfast and dinner service.

I knew the location of the hotel as I had an apt in Palma Nova for 20 years . having sold it 2 years ago I needed somewhere to stay to see old friends.
I chose Oct because of the climate then -- but -- it turned out to be the hottest I,ve ever known so I didnnt get to do half the things I inteneded ( not your fault). I think Mallorca has got very expensive especially hotels --so regretably wont be visiting to often though I,d like to --would stay at the bahia if they offered me a good price !!!

Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast, very close to the beach and good restaurants. Rather quiet at night, because bars and clubs are 10-15 min walking.

The staff were always on hand to help and had no issues with us overstaying our visit by a day and charged us the same amount we had paid per night which was great as we got a good online deal
Wasn't too keen on the rooms being smoking, Little bit of a stale cigarette smell but they were happy to move us to another room

The location is perfect, right by the beach, great to create wonderful memories. Plus, the Pongus Splash Pool kept everyone entertained, especially for our large family.
In my wife's opinion, a few more family-friendly amenities would enhance the experience.
